| Note | The cover is a heavy stock akin to a manilla folder, with a rougher cardboard piece as the spine. I'd say that, in general, the binding is not in good shape. The cover is roughly the same measurement as the paper, which I took as 287 x 220. -In pencil on the front cover: Ex.
